The diverse range of skills and knowledge required for my artistic achievements have been developed through twenty years of working in the trade, through trial and error learning the best way to accomplish the tasks, from books, workshops and networking with other artists. In order to create individual artworks I have designed and built specialised equipment to achieve some of the specific characteristics of my work.
Career Objectives:
- To obtain respect and acknowledgment for personally designed, individually produced art glass, recognised for excellent quality and sought after by individuals, companies and community groups seeking an original artwork.
- To continue expanding my knowledge of the complexities of glass as a medium and keep up-to-date with glass art developments.
- To promote an interest in and knowledge of glass art in the community, through exhibitions, workshops and courses.
